Deals for the week of July 22nd

With the Staples deals being a hassle this year, I will be adding some deals that I might not have before.  They are deals that aren’t as good as $0.01 but a lot less of a pain.  For those who missed, for teachers to get 25 of the $0.01 items you will need to pay full price of 23 of the items and then you will get the difference back in Staples Rewards.

This week’s savings secret:  For rebates use your parents and in-laws if they don’t use the Staples deals.  We purchase multiple items that have rebates and have money rebates mailed our house, my parent’s house, and Mallory’s parent’s house.  You do need their help because you will have to use their names on the rebates and they will have to cash it for you, but if they help you can save TONS!!

Walgreens

5 tab dividers, 280 pack of mini sticky notes, 4 oz of Walgreen white glue, or 1 Sharpie - $0.39

Fiskars Kids Scissors - $0.99

2 pack of big erasers or 15 pack of pencil top erasers - $0.29 (w/ coupon in flier—can be found in Sunday Post or in fliers at the store—limit 3)

Staples

12 pack Staples pink pencil top erasers and/or Staples index cards - $0.01 (limit 2, must spend $5 on other items)

Zebra 10 pack of mechanical pencils and/or Pentel RSVP 5 pack ballpoint pens – EACH FREE (after mail in rebate – $4 before rebate – limit 1 rebate/address)

Staples sticky note flags - $0.25

5 pack of Sharpie highlighters - $0.50

2 pack of post-it sticky note shapes - $1

Target

6 count glue sticks (should do better later this summer) or 12 count Crayola colored pencils - $0.99

2 pack kids scissors, 96 count construction paper, or 24 pack of pencils (all UP&UP brand) - $1

2 count pink erasers or 1 hole pencil sharpener - $0.20

Room Essentials plastic storage: 2 pack of 15 quart boxes, 5 pack shoe box size boxes, or 56 quart large storage box - $4.49 (my wife isn’t happy because she got one last week for $5.99)

Office Depot

Office Depot Ruler - $0.10 (limit 3)

1” poly binder (flimsy type), 4 pack of glue sticks, 1 pack of white out tape - $0.50 (limit 3 of each)

Office Depot 2 pocket folders - (flier says they are on sale but no price is given…if you find the price please post it for me)
